A little bit about myself: I am a huge cheese lover who has been selling some amazing cheeses at La Fromagerie in London for the past few years. Following on from that I decided that instead of selling other peoples cheese I would like to make my own! So... I have embarked on a one year cheese making diploma at the School Of Artisan Food near Nottingham!
